MY STORY
Professional Counseling
Hello, My name is Chris. I am licensed in the state of North Carolina as a Clinical Mental Health Counselor. I received a Bachelors of Science degree in Psychology and Counseling; as well as a Masters in School Counseling. I have been working in the field since 2008. Furthermore, I have been working as an Associate and Licensed Clinical Mental Health Counselor since 2014. I have acquired skills and training relating to depression, anxiety, abuse, and trauma-informed approaches. As a former collegiate athlete and coach, I understand the importance of growth and development and working to overcome obstacles to continue to make our way forward in life's journey.
